EE Integration Lead (Vehicle E/E Systems)

🔹 Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced EE Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration of vehicle Electrical & Electronic (E/E) systems across automotive programs. The role involves leading ECU, network, and software integration across domains, ensuring production-ready, stable, and compliant vehicle systems from architecture freeze through SOP and post-launch support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead vehicle-level EE integration across domains: ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, Body Electronics, Powertrain & Chassis
- Own integration planning and execution across all development phases
- Act as the key interface between EE Architecture, system teams, validation teams, and Tier 1 suppliers
- Drive ECU, network, and software integration on benches and vehicles
- Lead cross-domain issue resolution (network, diagnostics, power modes, performance)
- Ensure alignment between EE architecture, network design, software releases, and vehicle behavior
- Oversee integration testing, system bring-up, and release readiness
- Drive root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Support SOP readiness, launch activities, and post-launch issue handling
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity)
- Support RFQs, supplier discussions, and technical decision-making
- Mentor and guide integration and system engineering teams
🔹 Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in automotive EE systems, integration, or vehicle development
- Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU landscape
- Hands-on experience in vehicle-level EE and software integration
- Deep knowledge of in-vehicle networks: CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet
- Strong expertise in diagnostics, flashing, and vehicle power modes/state management
- Proven experience in cross-domain and supplier integration
- Experience in vehicle testing, validation, and launch support
- Good understanding of ASPICE and OEM development processes
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
🔹 Good to Have:
- Experience with centralized / zonal E/E architectures
- Exposure to Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) programs
- Knowledge of vehicle gateways, OTA updates, and update strategies
- Experience with global vehicle platforms
🔹 Tools & Technologies:
- CANoe, CANalyzer, and network analysis tools
- Diagnostics and flashing tools
- Vehicle and bench integration environments
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering
