We are looking for a highly technical leader who can own our technology vision, build scalable AI systems, and lead engineering as we scale.
This is a leadership role with the opportunity to join as a CTO, depending on experience and long-term alignment.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the company's AI and technology roadmap.
- Design scalable AI architectures for enterprise-grade products.
- Build and deploy Agentic AI systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
- Architect LLM-based applications including RAG, AI agents, memory, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Lead the development of production-ready machine learning and deep learning solutions.
- Build AI infrastructure that is scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.
- Work closely with founders to translate business ideas into AI products.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive innovation across products.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years building production AI/ML systems.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience designing AI solution architectures for real-world deployments.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Experience with Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Experience deploying scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
