About the Opportunity
The company is entering an aggressive growth phase and seeks a transformational CEO capable of building a nationally recognized education brand while driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and market expansion.
This role is suited for a business leader who has successfully scaled a multi-location education, EdTech, consumer services, consulting, or recruitment organization from growth stage to market leadership.
What You'll Own
Business Growth & P&L
- Full ownership of revenue, profitability, and business performance.
- Develop and execute a 3–5 year strategic growth roadmap.
- Drive annual revenue growth targets while improving margins.
- Create new revenue streams and expansion opportunities.
National Expansion
- Scale operations across existing and new cities.
- Evaluate franchise, partner, and company-owned expansion models.
- Identify strategic markets for growth within India and globally.
Leadership & Organizational Building
- Build and manage an executive leadership team.
- Introduce KPI-driven performance management.
- Create a culture focused on accountability, ownership, and customer success.
Student Experience & Brand Leadership
- Ensure best-in-class student counseling and service delivery.
- Strengthen brand positioning in the study-abroad ecosystem.
- Enhance student acquisition, retention, and referral rates.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with universities, institutions, and industry partners globally.
- Negotiate and close strategic alliances that drive growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must Have
- 15–25 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years leading a business as CEO, COO, Managing Director, Business Head, President, or Country Head.
- Experience managing businesses with ₹100 Cr+ revenue responsibility.
- Proven success scaling teams of 300+ employees.
- Strong understanding of sales, operations, marketing, and business finance.
