Associate Product Manager (APM) Intern

Edviron is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager Intern to join our dynamic product team. As an APM Intern, you will play a key role in supporting product development, managing feature lifecycles, and ensuring seamless collaboration across business, technology, and design teams. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about building impactful products, analyzing data-driven insights, and shaping the future of fintech solutions in the education sector. Responsibilities: - Work closely with product managers to define requirements, draft PRDs/BRDs, and track feature progress. - Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and gaps in product offerings. - Collaborate with technology, design, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery of product features. - Build dashboards and generate insights to evaluate product performance, adoption, and customer engagement. - Assist in merchant onboarding workflows and identify bottlenecks in customer journeys. - Collect and analyse feedback from clients, ERPs, and internal stakeholders to prioritise product improvements. - Participate in user research with parents, students, and institutions to understand needs and validate product assumptions. - Support go-to-market initiatives by preparing product documentation, training material, and client communication. Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated interest in product management, fintech, or SaaS. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. - Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship or project experience in product management, consulting, or startups. - Exposure to tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar project management/design tools. - Understanding of payments, BFSI products, or ERP systems. - A strong passion for education and the fintech ecosystem.
