About the role

Roles & Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently. Draft professional emails, performance reports, official correspondence, and internal updates on behalf of the CEO. Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items assigned by the CEO. Human Resource Administration: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and employee onboarding. Support internal communications and help organize office meetings, celebrations, and staff events. Maintain employee records and assist in HR policy implementation and compliance. Training & Development: Identify training needs by evaluating employee performance and understanding business requirements. Design and deliver onboarding programs and training modules focused on soft skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and system usage. Conduct periodic refresher courses and skill development sessions to enhance workforce capability. Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and performance benchmarks. Mentor and support new joiners and employees during their training and development phase.
