📍 Location: 3rd Floor, No 669, Manjunatha Arcade, 9th Main Road,
7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore (On-site)
🕘 Timings: Monday - Saturday | General Shift

We help professionals build in-demand skills—and we’re looking for a creative and driven Operations Executives to strengthen our digital brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases.
- Coordinate with various teams (Sales, Marketing and Customer Support) to align operations with business goals.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize workflow.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and insights.
- Logistics & Scheduling:
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for training programs, webinars, and other company events.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of events.
- Customer Support:
- Assist in handling customer queries related to operations.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
