Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Educator role based in Navi Mumbai. The Educator will be responsible for designing lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities also include guiding and mentoring students, implementing innovative teaching techniques, and engaging in professional development activities. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and active participation in school activities to support the holistic development of students.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Educational curriculum development
- Demonstrated expertise in Teaching and Training students in varied subjects
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development
- Relevant teaching certifications or a degree in Education or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive school culture
- Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning processes is a plus
