Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Educator at The Choice School. The Educator will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching and facilitating dynamic classroom discussions, monitoring student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, the Educator will actively work to mentor students and participate in professional training programs and faculty collaboration to ensure continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning to create well-structured, curriculum-aligned educational experiences.
- Strong background in Education and Teaching to deliver lessons effectively and inspire student learning.
- Excellent Communication skills for classroom instruction and collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience in Training to guide and assist students in their academic and personal growth.
- A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field; a teaching certification or degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar educational role is an advantage.
