Role Description The Educator role is a full-time, on-site position based at J.N. Petit Technical High School in Pune City. The Educator will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s academic and technical curriculum, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback. Responsibilities include creating inclusive classroom environments, maintaining discipline, and supporting students’ holistic development through participation in co-curricular activities. Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter expertise in relevant academic or technical disciplines, with the ability to teach concepts clearly and accurately.

- Lesson planning and instructional design capabilities, with experience using a variety of teaching methods and learning resources.

- Commitment to holistic education, encouraging participation in sports, arts, and cultural activities and supporting students’ overall development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or in a relevant subject area; a recognized teaching qualification or certification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the school or secondary level, ideally in a setting that includes both academic and technical education.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools to support instruction, record-keeping, and communication.
