Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Educational Sales Consultant to join our team on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential students, understanding their educational and career goals, and matching them with suitable online degree programs. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing detailed information about our programs, offering advice on course selection, and achieving enrollment targets. You will also collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless enrollment process while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with potential students and address their needs
- Proven abilities in Sales and Consultative Selling to achieve enrollment targets and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector or familiarity with degree programs
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage and support prospective students
- Proficiency in using CRM or enrollment management software is a plus
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred along with experience in education sales or a related domain
- Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages will be beneficial
