Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Educational Counselor for our on-site location in Gurugram. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in selecting appropriate courses, providing career counseling, assisting with admission processes, and supporting their educational journey. The role will include consulting with students to understand their aspirations, offering information about courses, and ensuring a seamless counseling experience. Collaboration with other team members to meet organizational goals will also be a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and providing expert guidance to students
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of education and admission processes
- Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored solutions
- Problem-solving skills and a student-centric approach
- Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
