Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor Executive located in Dwarka. The role involves guiding students and families through educational programs and opportunities offered by Astroport. Daily responsibilities include one-on-one student counseling, career guidance, and providing tailored advice to ensure each learner’s goals are met. The executive will also engage in collaboration with schools to promote Astroport’s educational initiatives and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Strong skills in Career Counseling and providing personalized academic guidance
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, families, and educational institutions
- Understanding and passion for the field of Education
- Ability to work on-site in Dwarka and collaborate in team environments
- Experience in astronomy, space education, or science communication is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple projects effectively
Freshers salary upto 25k + incentives
Experienced salary upto 35k + incentives
