Role Description
The Educational Counselor will provide expert guidance to students and their families regarding higher education opportunities in Germany. Responsibilities include counseling and assisting students in making informed decisions about courses, institutions, and career paths, coordinating admissions processes, offering personalized support for visa applications, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for the students. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Educational Consulting and offering tailored guidance to students.
- Skilled in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to help students make informed academic and professional decisions.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Germany’s education systems and study pathways is an advantage.
- Proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain excellent organizational skills in a client-focused environment.
