Role Description
This is an on-site full time role for an Educational Counselor, based in Lucknow. The Educational Counselor will engage directly with students, providing guidance and support to enhance their educational and career pathways. Responsibilities include educational consulting, student counseling, career counseling, and effective communication with students and their families to address academic and career-related concerns. Interns will also be involved in creating strategies to improve students' skillsets and employability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Education-related practices
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with students
- Proactive problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for working with students and a passion for education
- Educational background in Psychology, Education, Student Affairs, or a related field is an advantage
