Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Gurgaon. The Educational Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate academic and career pathways, conduct counseling sessions, and provide support to help students achieve their personal and academic goals. The role involves understanding individual needs, providing detailed information on educational programs, and maintaining strong communication with students and parents to assist them in making informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Should be ok for onsite role Gurgaon.
- Min 06 months of experience in sales mandatory
- Immediate joiner only
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Career Counseling and academic advising
- Understanding of Education systems, course offerings, and student development strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educational institutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in counseling or education-related roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
