Role & responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners via inbound and outbound calls
- Understand student aspirations, background, and career goals
- Recommend suitable UG/PG programs, certifications, and career paths
- Take ownership of the entire admission journeyfrom first call to enrollment
- Build trust through consistent follow-ups and personalized guidance
- Handle objections confidently and resolve queries with a solution-first mindset
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Achieve daily engagement targets and monthly enrollment goals
Who Can Apply
- 0–2.5 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a flair for sales are welcome
- Candidates from EdTech, BPO, or startup environments will have an added advantage
