Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective students and working professionals interested in higher education programs.
- Assess each candidate’s academic background, professional experience, and career aspirations to recommend suitable learning options.
- Provide clear and accurate information about UG/PG programs, specializations, eligibility criteria, and program structure.
- Support candidates throughout the admission journey, including application submission, document collection, and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels to assist candidates in their decision-making process.
- Update and maintain candidate records, interactions, and application status in the CRM system.
- Contribute to achieving admission and enrollment targets while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, EdTech, or inside sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present program information clearly.
- Effective listening, counseling, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to interact confidently with individuals from varied academic and professional backgrounds.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented and performance-driven environment.
