Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Delhi, India. The Educational Counselor will provide guidance and support to students in achieving their academic and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting student and career counseling sessions, understanding individual needs, recommending appropriate educational pathways, assisting with course selection, and providing ongoing motivation and support to students for their academic and professional aspirations. The role also involves effective communication and engagement with students, parents, and institutions to foster an impactful learning experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Educational Consulting and Education-related practices
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to understand and address student needs empathetically
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are valuable assets
