Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor role based in Noida. The Educational Counselor will guide prospective and current students in selecting suitable beauty and wellness programs, explain course structures, and clarify eligibility criteria and career outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries through in-person meetings, phone, and digital channels, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and admissions progress. The role involves supporting admissions processes, organizing orientation and information sessions, collaborating with faculty and administrative teams, and providing continuous academic and career guidance throughout the student journey. The counselor will also help align student aspirations with relevant programs, promote institutional offerings, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand curricula, program pathways, and learning outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in Student Counseling, including empathetic guidance, academic support, and addressing student queries and concerns.
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, helping learners map interests and skills to suitable roles in beauty, wellness, fashion, media, and related fields.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to students, families, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field; a background in beauty and wellness education is an advantage.
- Experience in academic advising, admissions, or student services, preferably within vocational or professional training institutions.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with comfort using CRM or student management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, maintain confidentiality, and support an inclusive, learner-focused environment.
