💰 In-hand Salary: ₹5LPA – ₹15LPA ( Based on the last CTC )

Key Responsibilities:• Provide personalized counseling to students on courses, career paths & opportunities
• Handle the complete admission lifecycle – from first interaction to enrollment
• Follow up with leads and drive high conversion rates
• Conduct face-to-face & virtual counseling sessions
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and track interactions
• Support students with admission documentation & process guidance
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment targets

What We’re Looking For:• Minimum 1+ year experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counseling
• Strong communication & presentation skills (English)
• Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with MS Office & CRM tools
