Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor, located in Ghaziabad. The Educational Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students, offer career counseling, assist in educational planning, and conduct counseling sessions to support academic and professional aspirations. Collaborating with the team to develop strategies for student success and helping individuals navigate their educational and career goals will be central responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Career Counseling
- Experience in Student Counseling and guiding individuals towards achieving their academic and career objectives
- Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with students, parents, and educational professionals
- Knowledge and understanding of Education industry trends, programs, and resources
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with empathy and the ability to provide personalized support
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in academic counseling or related roles is an advantage
