We are looking for passionate and target-driven Admission Counsellors for a leading Ed-Tech organization focused on transforming higher education through innovative online learning solutions.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Counsel students and parents regarding UG & PG programs, admissions, and career opportunities
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
• Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups through CRM systems
• Support students throughout the enrolment and documentation process
✅ Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling / Inside Sales / Ed-Tech Sales
• Prior experience handling UG & PG program admissions is mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Excellent counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• CRM knowledge preferred
