🔍 Role Overview
As a Learning Consultant, you will connect with potential learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right upskilling programs. You will play a key role in driving enrollments through meaningful conversations and a consultative sales approach.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective learners through calls, emails, and online sessions
- Conduct engaging product demos and counseling sessions
- Build strong relationships and guide candidates through the enrollment journey
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track and improve performance
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–6 years of experience in B2C sales (Ed-Tech preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce / LeadSquared / NoPaperForms
- Goal-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Prior startup experience is a plus
