Role Description:
NDMIT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educational Counselor for a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow. The Senior Educational Counselor will guide prospective and current students in selecting appropriate digital marketing courses, provide career counseling, and assist them in setting clear educational and professional goals. Additionally, this role will involve developing student counseling strategies, addressing student concerns, and promoting NDMIT’s programs effectively.
🔹 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Education Counselor to guide students, handle admissions, and lead the counseling process effectively. The candidate will play a key role in converting leads and mentoring junior counselors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and training programs
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets
- Guide and support junior counselors/tele-callers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
🔹 Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in education counseling/admissions
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in handling targets and team coordination
