Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor, based in New Delhi. The Educational Counselor will support students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. Core responsibilities include providing guidance on educational programs, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with career planning, and maintaining clear communication with students to understand their goals and aspirations. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education-focused support
- Demonstrated expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with students and understand their individual needs
- Experience in the education industry or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach to counseling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational software tools
