Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated EdTech Counsellor with 2–3 years of experience in student counselling, education sales, or EdTech consulting. The candidate will guide students in selecting suitable training programs, explain course benefits, and support them in making informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel students and professionals about training programs, career paths, and technology courses.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
* Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through campaigns, websites, and events.
* Convert inquiries into enrollments by providing clear program information and guidance.
* Conduct follow-ups with potential students via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
* Maintain student data and interaction records in CRM.
* Coordinate with the marketing and training teams regarding program updates and workshops.
* Support college seminars, webinars, and workshop promotions when required.
Required Skills
* 2–3 years of experience in EdTech counselling / education sales / academic counselling
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills
* Ability to understand student career goals and guide them accordingly
* Experience handling leads and conversions
* Basic knowledge of technology courses like AI, Data Science, Full Stack, etc. (preferred)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience working in training institutes, EdTech companies, or educational organizations
* Strong passion for guiding students and helping them build their careers
