Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Delhi, India. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to prospective students, guiding them in making well-informed education and career decisions. Duties will include

• Conducting consultations
• Handling inquiries and calls
• Recommending courses
• Assisting with application processes
• Maintaining accurate records of sessions
• Supporting students in developing academic and career pathways that align with their goals within the field of healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Experience in Career Counseling and providing education-related guidance of at least 1 year
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders
• Knowledge of or experience with healthcare education programs is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
