We are hiring for Educational Counselor (Freshers)
Location: Vaishali Nagar (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for confident and result-oriented Educational Counselors to manage student inquiries and guide them through our courses and services. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and converting leads into enrollments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students
- Explain courses, programs, and services in detail
- Provide accurate information and resolve student queries
- Follow up on leads and maintain proper records
- Convert inquiries into admissions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Graduation is mandatory
Salary Structure:
- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
