Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Educational Counselor. The role involves guiding prospective students and professionals in selecting appropriate certifications and training programs that align with their career goals. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, assisting with course enrollments, providing detailed information about available offerings, and supporting clients in making informed decisions about their educational and professional development paths. The Educational Counselor will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Commitment to fostering educational and professional growth through knowledge of the Education sector
• Ability to build strong relationships and provide personalized guidance to aspiring students and professionals
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in educational counseling roles is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
