Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Bengaluru South. The Educational Counselor will assist students and professionals in selecting appropriate training programs, provide guidance on career development opportunities, and conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions. Responsibilities include understanding individual learning needs, offering personalized course recommendations, maintaining relationships with prospective and enrolled students, and supporting them throughout their journey. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality training delivery and initiating outreach efforts to attract new learners.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Experience or knowledge in the field of Education
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with students and clients
• Prior experience in a counseling or consulting role is an advantage
• Proficient in problem-solving and providing personalized guidance to diverse learners
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is highly preferred
