Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and professionals through the enrollment process, providing detailed information about courses and programs, and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include evaluating applicants, understanding their learning goals, recommending suitable programs, and assisting in the admission process. Building strong relationships with prospective learners and maintaining accurate records of admissions activities are integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to convey information effectively and engage with prospective learners.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to provide excellent support, manage inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Knowledge or experience in the Education sector, including familiarity with upskilling and reskilling programs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other educational software tools (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
