We're Hiring — Study Abroad Counsellor | Global Scholar | Delhi NCR
Are you passionate about helping students build their future beyond borders?
Global Scholar is a UK-registered study abroad consultancy operating across India and Nepal — and we're growing. We're looking for a confident, student-first Study Abroad Counsellor to join our Delhi NCR team.
What You'll Do
- Counsel students and families on university selection, country options, and career pathways
- Guide students through the application, documentation, and visa process end to end
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into enrolled students
- Stay updated on university programs, intake deadlines, and visa policies
- Coordinate with universities and education partners as needed
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling or education consulting
- Strong communication skills — Hindi and English are must
- Nepali language proficiency is a strong advantage (we actively serve the Nepal market)
- Genuine interest in international education — not just a job, a passion
- Ability to build trust quickly with students and parents
- Based in Delhi NCR and comfortable with full-time, in-office work
