Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in the Pune Division. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and mentor the team, and ensure the branch meets its performance targets. Responsibilities include managing staff, building relationships with clients, coordinating sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing branch performance, and implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
