Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor position located in Ghatkopar west , Mumbai. The Educational Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students regarding academic and career opportunities, assist in identifying their strengths and interests, and develop tailored educational plans. Responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, offering guidance on educational options, supporting students in achieving their goals, and collaborating with institutions and stakeholders to ensure success.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Strong skills in Career Counseling and understanding of education systems
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively guide and interact with students and stakeholders
- Ability to develop tailored academic plans and support students in achieving their academic and career goals
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in education management or counseling is a plus
- Empathy, patience, and a strong passion for empowering students in their career and educational journeys
