Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career planning by providing personalized counseling and guidance. Key responsibilities include conducting educational consultations, supporting students in selecting suitable programs, and offering career advice. The counselor will also collaborate closely with educational institutions and parents to ensure students achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to guide academic and career planning
- Proficiency in Career Counseling to help students explore future opportunities and make informed decisions
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and educational institutions
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Education sector and academic programs
- Ability to build rapport with students and understand their individual needs and aspirations
- Relevant experience in the education or counseling industry is a plus
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
