Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized student counseling, offering educational consultations, and guiding students in their academic and career decisions. The role involves collaborating with students, parents, and educational institutions to create effective learning and career pathways, while ensuring a supportive and professional counseling environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and Education planning
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Certifications or degrees in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields (preferred)
- Problem-solving abilities and a genuine interest in supporting student success
