Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haldwani for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide personalized career counseling, and offer advice on suitable courses based on individual aspirations. The counselor will also conduct student consultations, assess needs, provide education-related guidance, and ensure that students are well-informed about available programs and career opportunities. Collaboration with the academic and admissions teams will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Proficiency in Career Counseling with an understanding of education and career pathways
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Knowledge of education systems, academic programs, and digital learning platforms is a plus
- Ability to develop trust and build positive relationships with students
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role or the education sector is advantageous
