Role Overview:
As an Executive at Crack-ED, you will play a pivotal role in connecting learners with life-changing career opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates and a key link between students and hiring corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with candidates through leads to explain the program and align them for interviews.
• Ensure timely coordination and follow-ups for corporate interviews.
• Track post-interview candidature to ensure selections convert into revenue.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team.
• Prior experience in EdTech or talent acquisition is a plus, but not mandatory.
