Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Educational Counselor. The Educational Counselor will provide personalized guidance and support to prospective and current students, assisting with course selection, career path exploration, and admissions processes. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing students’ interests and needs, and delivering tailored recommendations. The Counselor will also organize informational sessions, maintain student progress records, and foster an engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and guidance practices
- Excellent Communication skills for one-on-one and group interactions
- Understanding of the Education sector and curriculum options for UG/PG programs
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess student needs and provide goal-oriented advice
- Prior experience in counseling or education-related roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
