Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students for English language, Chinese language, and other elite courses, guiding them towards suitable programs based on their needs and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding English and Chinese language courses
- Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, emails, walk-ins)
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain student database and follow-up regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and schedules
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of education counseling/sales process
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of experience in education counseling or similar role
- Postgraduate in a relevant field
- Positive attitude and a go-getter mindset
