Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counselor role based in Vadodara. The Educational Counselor will guide students and professionals by assessing their educational and career aspirations. Key responsibilities include providing informed educational consultations, career counseling, and enrolling students in appropriate courses. The counselor will also communicate effectively with learners to ensure they are supported throughout their journey.
Qualifications
- Skills in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling to identify and address the learning needs of prospective students
- Experience in Career Counseling to guide learners toward decisions that align with their career goals
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and professionals effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of Education systems and relevant training programs
- Prior experience in a similar role within the education or training industry is a plus
