Role Description The Educational Counselor will provide guidance and support to learners and prospective applicants, helping them select suitable programs and define clear educational and career pathways. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing learner goals and interests, and recommending appropriate courses and learning tracks aligned with AcdyOn’s curriculum. The role involves collaborating with academic and mentorship teams to ensure a seamless learning experience, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions. The Educational Counselor will also participate in information sessions, workshops, and outreach activities to promote AcdyOn’s programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related expertise to guide learners effectively.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills to support diverse learner needs and address academic and personal concerns.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help learners plan career trajectories and make informed professional choices.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and professional writing.
- Relevant experience in academic advising, counseling, or education services, preferably in higher education or professional upskilling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality and ethical counseling standards.
- Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and basic data tracking to support learner outcomes.
