Key Responsibilities- Create engaging, learner-centric educational content across multiple formats
- Develop mock tests, curriculum support materials, and exam-prep resources
- Write scripts and content for YouTube and digital learning platforms
- Use AI tools effectively to improve productivity, ideation, drafting, and content refinement
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate high-quality content outputs
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and learner engagement
- Maintain strong quality standards, accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all content
- Collaborate with the team to innovate faster and improve content workflows
Who We’re Looking For- Strong background in educational content writing/content development
- Experience in test prep or entrance exam content creation is highly preferred
- Excellent command of written English
- Strong understanding of content structuring for learners and digital platforms
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools meaningfully, not just casually
- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to generate, refine, and evaluate AI-assisted outputs
- Ability to maintain quality, originality, clarity, and instructional value
- Prior experience in scriptwriting, assessment creation, or academic content development will be an added advantage
