Dubuddy is growing fast, and our educational content needs to scale without breaking. We are looking for a powerhouse leader to completely own and build our Educational Content Department from the ground up.
Compensation:
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on your experience and what you bring to the table)
Experience & Requirements:
Educational Background: Open to graduates from any discipline. We prioritize a proven track record of execution and operational excellence over a specific academic major.
The Core Requirement: Prior experience working in Academic Operations, Content Operations, or Project Management within an EdTech or Test-Prep company.
People Management: Proven experience coordinating teams, managing workflows for freelancers, or guiding subject matter experts (SMEs).
What You’ll Own:
The Full Pipeline: Sourcing exam papers, getting them solved, managing the review process, Quality Control (QC), and final publishing.
Team Building: Hiring and managing an elite team of solvers, reviewers, and freelancers.
Quality Systems: Designing and implementing tight QC systems that catch errors before they ever reach a student.
Strategic Expansion: Deciding which competitive exams and subjects we should scale into next.
