Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Noida. The Educational Consultant will engage with potential clients to understand their professional training needs, provide tailored course recommendations, and deliver exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, presenting course offerings, assisting with enrollments, and ensuring a smooth engagement experience. They will also contribute to building long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and customer support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Educational Consulting and a strong understanding of the education and training industry
- Skills in Consulting and providing tailored guidance based on client needs
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with and assist clients
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the professional certification or training industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is desirable
