Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Consultant based in Noida. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on suitable training programs and certifications tailored to their professional needs. Daily tasks include providing expert consulting services, conducting educational assessments, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and ensuring superior customer service. The role also involves fostering relationships with stakeholders and contributing to the growth and development of the organization’s training programs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting to assess training needs and recommend suitable programs
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively deliver information and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong aptitude in Customer Service to build trust, foster relationships, and address client needs professionally
- Ability to analyze educational trends and apply them to improve consulting services
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience in training or education-related fields is a strong asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently
