Role Description The Educational Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The consultant will work closely with schools, educators, and stakeholders to assess educational needs, design tailored STEM-focused programs, and recommend effective teaching strategies and resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting workshops and training sessions for teachers, supporting curriculum development, and providing guidance on implementing innovative and evidence-based practices. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions, documenting impact, and contributing to continuous improvement of Educators Guild of India’s offerings. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to align programs with the organization’s mission and ensure high-quality support for educators.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Educational Consulting and Education, with experience supporting schools or educators.
- Consulting skills to analyze needs, develop solutions, and present clear recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, and write clear reports.
- Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to educator needs, and maintain positive long-term relationships.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, STEM Education, or a related field.
- Knowledge of current STEM education trends, pedagogical best practices, and curriculum development.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing institutional needs.
- Experience working with schools or educational organizations in India; familiarity with local education systems is an advantage.
