Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Educational Consultant. The role involves providing personalized educational consulting services, offering expert advice on suitable courses and career pathways, and assisting students with admission processes. The Educational Consultant will deliver excellent customer service, maintain effective communication with students and parents, and facilitate lifelong guidance for career development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Consulting, Education, and Consulting
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience and a student-centric approach
- Ability to build rapport and inspire confidence in clients
- Passion for education and helping individuals achieve their career goals
- Previous experience in educational consulting or academic counseling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
