Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the co-founders to curate and design engaging, age-appropriate educational content.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative, experiential ways to teach concepts to children through play, storytelling, and creative activities.
- Take the lead in delivering art & craft, phonics, and other in-house teaching programs.
- Work closely with teachers and facilitators to support the production and execution of these activities.
- Contribute to the conceptualization, design, and smooth implementation of activities for events, workshops, and birthday celebrations.
- Research new learning methodologies, creative materials, and child engagement strategies.
- Assist with prototyping, testing, and refining new ideas to enhance learning outcomes.
- Work with flexible hours based on program and event requirements.
- Probation period: 6 months. Upon confirmation, additional perks such as health insurance and other benefits will be provided.
