WE ARE HIRING | Tele Counsellor

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-focused Tele Counsellors who can connect with students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right international education opportunities.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Work Mode: Remote / Onsite / Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp & emails.
• Understand student profiles, budgets & preferred countries
• Guide students regarding study abroad opportunities.
• Schedule counseling appointments & follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and lead updates.
Coordinate with counselors and internal teams.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills | Telecalling | Counseling |Client Handling | Lead Conversion |CRM
Handling | Follow-up Skills | English Proficiency
